A Smart Solution for Oil Extraction in Oilfield Single Wells
When the oil is discharged from a single well in an oil field, the extracted crude oil includes water, and the water content is not fixed which leads to the false measurement of the crude oil density in the process of measuring crude oil nuclear manufacturing.
To solve it, the automatic intelligent analytical analysis and treatment are done for the dissolved gas contained in crude oil in the metering pipeline. The density of the mixed gas mixture may be precisely determined without separation, without degassing, consequently realizing precise measurement of crude oil manufacturing.
Challenges:
(1) The measuring medium is an oil-water mixture with excessive viscosity and excessive temperature and it has a certain corrosiveness.
(2) 0.5% FS accuracy, good stability
The solution which is considered for this purpose should have these characteristics:
(1) Measuring the differential pressure value on a vertical fixed length pipe to decrease the influence of excessive temperature and excessive viscosity of the medium.
(2) The measurement range should match the fixed pipe length.
(3) 0.5% FS accuracy.
The intelligent remote differential pressure transmitters are designed and manufactured for this purpose.
