MULTI M-270+ AC/DC Digital Clamp Tester (CE)

The MULTI M-270+ is a True RMS digital clamp tester designed to measure AC and DC current across three selectable ranges: 40A, 400A, and 2000A. Its 55 mm teardrop-shaped current transformer (CT) jaw accommodates conductors within the specified opening, while True RMS measurement supports AC current and voltage readings.

In addition to current measurement, the M-270+ measures AC/DC voltage up to 600V, frequency, and resistance, and provides continuity checking and diode testing. It also features DC current auto-zero adjustment, Data Hold, and automatic power-off.

The instrument features a 3999-count LCD and complies with IEC 61010-1 and IEC 61010-2-032, with a CAT III 600V safety rating. The maximum 2000A current input is limited to 3 seconds, an important consideration when evaluating the instrument for high-current measurements.
