FCM-400 Flexible AC/DC Current Tester
The FCM-400 Flexible AC/DC Current Tester is a portable current measuring instrument designed for AC and DC current measurements, particularly for monitoring anticorrosion currents in pipelines and diagnosing equipment deterioration on steel towers. Its flexible clamp sensor allows current measurement around conductors and objects that are difficult to access with conventional rigid clamps.
The instrument features a 450 mm CT opening diameter and three manually selectable measuring ranges of 3 A, 30 A, and 300 A, with a minimum resolution of 0.001 A. It measures AC current in RMS and DC current, using an LCD display with data hold functionality. A DC zero-adjustment function is also provided for offset correction before measurement.
