Description

Application

The Deltapilot FMB50 is a compact transmitter featuring a condensate-resistant Contite measuring cell, ideal for process and hygienic applications. It is designed for level measurement in liquids and paste-like media within open or closed containers, and it operates reliably even in the presence of foam. It is also suitable for integration into SIL2 safety systems.

This transmitter is capable of both level and pressure measurement, with options for threaded, flanged, and flush-mounted hygienic process connections.

  • Process temperature range: –10 to +100°C (14 to 212°F) (up to +135°C (275°F) for a maximum of 30 minutes)
  • Measuring range: 0.1 to 10 bar (1.5 to 150 psi)
  • Accuracy: ±0.2%, with an optional ±0.1%

The FMB50 comes with international explosion protection certificates, overfill prevention (WHG), SIL certification, and hygienic approvals.
