Precise Observation of Chemical Distribution

Chemical manufacturers' warehouses are full of containers that contain various hazardous, explosive or harmful substances that can explode. In order to comply with safety standards and to determine the fill level of these containers, a float gauge is placed in them. But this is not enough.

To check if the containers are opened during transport or sealed properly, the fill level and pressure inside the containers should be measured. The log can also indicate whether the container is subject to high acceleration.

The fill level can be measured with two pressure transducers. Some transducers are available today that can be integrated. One transducer is installed at the bottom of the container to measure the total pressure of it, while another transducers installed at the top of the container measures the outlet pressure. The differential pressure between these two converters is equal to the chemical level inside the container.

Additional information along with the location and temperature of the container is transmitted to the Internet of Things.
