The Autonics MU series U-shaped magnetic proximity sensors feature 30 mm sensing distance and are available in cable/cable connector types. The sensors can be used with BUP series photoelectric sensors for precise position control of elevators.

Precise Position Control of Elevator
Non-voltage detection method allows sensors to detect blocking plates even during power outages. Unlike photosensors, MU series which is a proximity sensor series from Autonics company, is not affected by ambient light. It can be installed in special environments such as glass elevators.
Diverse Cable Types for User Convenience
Cable type and cable connector types (TE Connectivity 172504-1 compatible) offer high installation flexibility.
Reliable Detection and Easy Installation
30 mm sensing distance allows less interference for detection. Bottom/rear mounting holes and light blocking plate guidelines is available for easy installation.
