Monitoring Thermo Exchange Stations

Thermo exchange stations monitor pressure, temperature, and flowmeter thermo parameters. The system is composed of data process, local sense, systematic application, and net transmission. The local sense consists of flowmeters, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, water pump/valve control, and monitoring parameters in real-time.

To ensure the quality of thermo supply, the exchange station must operate efficiently and various parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, level, etc.) be monitored in real-time. This was done manually in more traditional methods. As a result, it caused operating under inefficient thermo parameters and disrupted the comprehensive measurement of parameters.

Solution: the urban thermo monitor system

This system measures and remotely adjusts the parameters of flow, pressure, temperature, and switches. As a result, it ensures the accurate and safe operation of the urban thermo system.

The urban thermo monitor system consists of three parts:

A) Thermopower: Its task is making hot water or steam and providing people with livelihood and industrial thermo.

B) Thermo network

C) Thermo customers

 

Heat exchange stations consist of the following sections:

Primary net return water system, second net return water system, thermo measurement system, and supply eater system. The primary supply water pipes connect the water in thermopower to thermo exchange station. Then, the primary net return pipes circulate back the water to thermopower. After that, thermo exchange occurs in the exchange station and the pipes deliver water in the second net to customers and the second net return network returns it. Consequently, thermo will be provided to customers circularly.

Terminal monitoring of thermo exchange station:

The terminal collects data, performs local control, displays data, establishes remote communication, and connects controllers, pressure sensors, and pressure transmitters to each other. The website sets up this terminal.

This terminal is used to communicate with the company control center, and monitor center and also collect primary and second net monitor data.

In addition to monitoring systems designed for thermo exchange stations, PC and mobile platforms are also considered.
